With the company now in much better position fundamentally, this latest minor consolidation is no doubt setting up for another major rally to see even higher record prices quickly.

Double Bottom We have seen it before with a double bottom bounce play and a major breakout rally that pushed prices to more than triple levels in a “blink” of an eye and – WPNV Technical chart is showing the same classic “double bottom” or “W” formation.

The double bottom looks like the letter “W”. The twice touched low is considered a support level.

The key here is the tail end of the “W” typically soars past recent highs to “Blue Skies” territory.

WPNV`s technical chart is showing just that and setting up a major run following a double bottom bounce formation. With the RSI in oversold territory, the smart money is adding here to their “core” position – prices can move super quick at these levels.

We continue to monitor the short activity, now in their 24th day with a Reg SHO or a failure to deliver flag – www.otcmarkets.com/stock/WPNV/short-sales and continues to manipulate prices and orders including not disclosing proper lot sizes or providing an orderly market, their days are numbered and will add to a bullish breakout to record prices.

Short manipulation and games will not last for very long.
