So what`s really going on Well lets look at several points here:
We have confirmation on otcmarkets.com the float is only 40 Million shares as of April 26, 2013 and no dilution by the company. Trading well over this amount of more than 50 million shares and most by ETRF since our initial alert at $0.0053, tells us shares are in very strong and long term hands.
By our calculations, ETRF has already traded well above the 5% of outstanding shares and holding more than the 5% would need to be declared and identified in the corporate filings – we have not seen this.
In fact, ETRF actually traded well above the 10% controlling interest level or approx 6 million shares, which would in effect be restricted stock subject to SEC regulation that limits the amount they can actually sell.
We have seen many buys hit ETRF`s 10,000 lot offer without effect or change – pure violation of recent SEC rules.
We have been buyers with our members in the market, with some of our buys being recorded as sales.
What this says, is that ETRF is not acting in good faith or creating an orderly market. Instead we believe it`s blatant manipulation to entice panic sellers so ETRF can balance their short position and books. We know these Market Markets are at the end of their rope judging by the recent market activity on CARN, and we will continue to push prices higher and purchase shares here at these ridiculously low prices.
We have seen it before, and we did the exact same thing with EKNL ($0.04 to $0.80 booking 1,900% gains) and DROP ($0.0015 to $1.25 booking 83,000%) until these market makers broke down – When they break we see prices jump 500%-1,000% in a blink of an eye – we are very close to this breaking point now on CARN! Hold on tight and look for any minor dips to add to your CORE position – this will get real exciting real soon!
