Our Top Agriculture Pick for 2012 and 2013 Inflation, food demand, and the right location have put this small fertilizer company at the top of our list for agriculture companies.

FutureMoneyTrends.com has what could be potentially the perfect junior agriculture company to introduce to our members today. Going by just the numbers, not even looking at the potential of their projects, the current share price is significantly undervalued.

They are already cash flowing and are currently acquiring another great company strategically setting themselves up in front of enormous demand.

Symbol: TSXV: PP & OTCQX: PPOTF PPS: $0.16 Pan American Fertilizer trades on the CNSX under PAF, however this is not an easy exchange to trade on, so if you are interested in seizing this opportunity, we actually think everyone should be looking at Pacific Potash trading on the TSXV: PP & the OTCQX under PPOTF.

Pan American Fertilizer announced on August 14th that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire 100% of Pacific Potash. Pacific Potash is engaged in the exploration and development of their Provost Potash Property. Pacific Potash also has an option to acquire up to an 80% interest in Western Potash Corporation`s Amazonas Basin claims in Brazil.

Due to this acquisition, this long term value play has some extreme upside potential in the next few weeks.

***It only took Pan American Fertilizer 1 year to begin extracting their product and are now selling into the local markets of Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Uruguay.***

With a HUGE asset, we see nothing but growth for this small fertilizer company! Pan American Fertilizer is a Canadian company dedicated to providing fertilizer to a growing global market. The company is focused on both the extraction of a specific type of fertilizer called Calcium Sulphate in Argentina, as well as the exploration of strategic Potash assets in Brazil.

Cash Flow in Argentina Their property in Argentina consists of 1,206 hectares, located in a major area of soybean production, and just 2 hours north of the 2nd most populated area in South America, the capital of Argentina Buenos Aires.

The process of extraction at their Argentina property…First Sale was August 2011 Their projected extraction in Argentina is 100,000 tons in 2013, 150,000 tons in 2014, and 250,000 tons in 2015. The anticipated sales price for the calcium sulphate is between $75-$150 per ton. If company projections are correct, then we are looking at somewhere between $7.5 to $15 million in revenues next year.

Exploration in Brazil in the Amazonas Potash Basin Brazil is a huge consumer of Potash, typically the 3rd largest consumer in the world. However when it comes to South America, Brazil is the #1 consumer by far, consuming roughly 80% of all Potash. Currently Brazil has over a 90% dependency on foreign potash and the government has put in mandates to increase domestic production. In fact, one of Pacific Potash`s neighbors just raised $85 million for exploration, clearly this is a huge trend with the wind at its back in South America.

Pacific Potash`s property consists of 983,962 hectares in the Amazonas Province.

Exploration in Canada Canada is home to where 45% of global potash trades and where 30% is produced.

Recently in our Rick Rule interview, he said he likes potash companies, specifically one with projects in Canada. We should also point out that Alberta is ranked as the #1 mining jurisdiction.

Pacific Potash`s property in Canada is 100% owned, in Alberta, and has already had positive drill results.

Inflation and Food Demand FutureMoneyTrends.com sees this as a pure inflation play, this is about food and the demand for food. Remember, potash is used as one of the main plant nutrients in fertilizer, so this is a broad based play on food. It is known as the food for your food, fertilized with potash, crops have the strength to fight against stress, disease, and pests. This is a main ingredient for the world`s key staples like corn, soybeans, and wheat.
