Hyperinflation in 1 Year…Economist John Williams of ShadowStats.com [2]FutureMoneyTrends.com just released a shocking interview with Economist John Williams, warning us that we are down to about 1 year before we enter a currency crisis.
With all the mudslinging going on and more B.S. from the BLS, we asked John, “What`s the real situation with unemployment. Is it true that the U.S. has created four million new jobs since 2009″ Paraphrasing John he told us thats wrong. He notes that you have to consider that since 2009, 8 million people have dropped out of the labor force or have been stuck in a part time job even though they need and desire full time employment.
When asked if were creating jobs any jobs at all, John responds, Not reallyits more of a level of stagnation at the moment; were off the bottom.
On the way unemployment is calculated, John says there`s significant problems with the way theyre put together, `they` being the two ways to calculate based on payrolls and the household survey.
He continues…the headlines about monthly change in jobs: thats with a margin of error +/- 129,000its not statistically significant.
John echos the warning we recently received from John Mauldin that if we don`t get our fiscal house in order in the first half of next year, we are looking at a major currency crisis, or as John puts it, end of the world type stuff.
If the U.S. keeps printing we will be looking at a trigger point, if it stops, then the U.S. could literally be contemplating default; this option is highly unlikely to be taken over inflation which politically is easier to pull off.
John believes that hyperinflation is coming soon, he puts his outside forecast at 2014.
