Good morning readers and welcome new subscribers! We took one look at what else everyone was bringing to the table today and came up a little empty-handed. We don`t like to see people “starving” just because most people took the day off, so we decided to rush out a last minute watchlist that may keep you busy.
EVDR – Merger News – Minutes before yesterday`s closing bell, EVDR issued a press release stating that they have finalized their robot merger. “Evader, Inc.
(EVDR) is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the merger transaction with DR Robot. Details of DR Robot can be found by visiting DR Robot`s web site directly at www.drvibot.com.” You can read the full press release [1]here.
Dr. Vibot robot`s sleek appearance immediately identifies it as a cut above the average robot. Dr. Vibot offers a tabletop 2-degree-of- freedom gripper and two forms of tabletop sensing. Twin fixed-field IR point up and slightly forward from the front corners of the base to sense the underside of table (their range is too short to sense ceilings.) Twin vertical break beams from the upper to lower plates of the robot sense when the robot is parallel to the table. A switch under the gripper paddles indicate that they`ve dropped to the table`s surface. Horizontal break beams between the gripper`s paddles indicate that an object is available to be picked up. With its 120-degree pan-tilt 16X zoom camera, the Touchscreen Dr. Vibot Guide can track colors, aim upward to see faces and downward to see objects as it picks them up.
Dr. Vibot with Touchscreen includes plug-n-play demos, Laser mapping and Navigation software, voice recognition, speech synthesis and a touchscreen for robust human interface.
Dr. Vibot can navigate autonomously, avoiding obstacles, leading tours or providing remote surveillance. If people approach, Dr. Vibot will move away, creating a game of cat and mouse that delights children. Display the robot`s sonar or laser map on a remote monitor or plasma screen overhead to demonstrate how robots sense the world. Let Dr. Vibot waiters wander the lobby with hors d`oeuvres. And these are just the built-in behaviors. The robot can also be programmed to your desire! SWTR – Unusual Trading Activity – There isn`t much to say about SWTR besides the fact that it has had multiple random days of over $1M in volume. The company has also recently started issuing press releases almost twice a week since this volume ever began. We`ve seen situations like this before only to see a promotion follow shortly after. It is for these reasons that SWTR gets officially added to our Promo Watchlist.
LIVE – Momentum – LIVE already hit a high of $15.57 from our alert at $6.09, so you`re probably thinking “how greedy can they get”. While we presume most traders have already cashed out of LIVE for 100%+ in gains, it still may be a good idea to watch for any other trade opportunities.
