Happy Monday Morning! Although I wasn`t able to get any Warrior Charts out this past weekend, I do have a chart for you that not only is experiencing some solid things from a charting perspective, but also has some great dynamics occurring on the fundamental side of the coin.
On top of it all, there has been a little extra “spice” put into the mix as the company put out a PR Friday after the close, so the news hasn`t been traded upon yet. When you combine this fact with the fact that a new breakout is just beginning to take place, it truly makes this play worthwhile.

Andes GoldCorp – AGCZ Website: www.AndesGoldMine.com As I mentioned above, AGCZ has bullish dynamics occurring within BOTH worlds of stock analysis. Let`s first go over the bullish event from the world of fundamental analysis, and then we`ll venture into the more familiar territory of technical analysis and the chart.
AGCZengages in mining and milling gold and silver in Ecuador. The company is currently producing on concessions located in the cantons of Zaruma and Portovelo, province of El Oro, southern Ecuador.
AGCZhas a great looking website that is filled with information, so great in fact that I`m stealing a screenshot from it as it does such a good job of summarizing the company as a whole…
I noted in the beginning of the newsletter that the company put out a solid press release, so what was it Andes Gold Corp. Releases Financial Statements, Reports Increased Revenues for 2011 We`re only going to go over a few of the details here, so be sure to read the entire press release by clicking right here!!! Some highlights from the press release…
* Total revenues of $4,447,521, compared to revenues of $2,926,000 for the year ended December 31, 2010, an increase of $1,521,521, or 52% over the prior year.
* Gross profits for the 2011 year were $2,074,388, compared to $1,307,109 for fiscal 2010, an increase of $767,279 * Net profits for December 31, 2011 were $521,294 compared to $257,289 last year.
This represents an increase of $264,005, an increase of 103%.
And my personal favorite from the entire press release…
* On the balance sheet, the company reported assets of $2,984,538 and liabilities, including amounts due to related parties, of only $939,315, creating a healthy 3:1 asset to debt ratio.
Bottom line, AGCZ is not like the majority of penny stock “mining stock” companies where they are searching for gold or `hoping to find` it.
AGCZ has not only already found it, but they are processing it and turning that into revenue and profits. Big difference then many others…
Let`s journey into the world of charting now and take a look at the technical chart.

I`m going to cut straight to the chase with the chart AGCZhas produced so far. There are FIVE separate dynamics that all point me to say this is a very bullish chart with great upside potential.
#1 – As I already alluded to, the chart as of Friday has literally just begun a new breakout to the upside. Looking down at the volume, you can see a big rise in volume to coincide with the breakout. Like any technical analysis textbook will tell you, this is a good thing.
#2 – Check out that consolidation! It pulled back right to the key levels of support (the 10-SMA and 20-SMA) and then bounced like you`d want to see happen. On top of this, once again, check out that volume. During the pullback period, the volume dropped off compared to the breakout days. Textbook volume movement.
#3 – My English teacher would always say, “context is king”, and with the strong upwards slope to the 50-SMA, its easy to see that the “overall context” of the chart is bullish. As long as the price remains above this moving average, the overall flow of the chart will remain with the bulls.
#4 – While “context is king” no doubt, within the world of trading, the true king is LIQUIDITY. Think about it, what`s the point of buying something if you think you`re going to have trouble selling it As the volume shows us, the trading action has really gone to a new level and with that has come awesome liquidity.
#5 – Although it may seem minor (and is when comparing to such things as liquidity), this dynamic is still a favorable attribute. Notice how during the pullback period, the MACD stayed above its signal line (purple line) This is an impressive action from the trend strength perspective. Many times (in a chart where the trend just isn`t that strong), a simple pullback will cause the MACD to fall below the signal line, but this was clearly NOT what happened here. Good sign that this current uptrend is in good hands (or should I say `hooves`).
With both the beginning of the chart breakout AND the impressive PR that the company has put out regarding its balance sheet, be sure to get AGCZ on your radars and follow your trading rules! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
