In March 2010, Gold River Productions, Inc. acquired AeroQuest Technologies through a share exchange. A name and symbol change are anticipated later this year.

AeroQuest Technologies is a corporation whose engineering staff has designed a number of all-composite products for the commercial and recreational vehicle industry, the housing and construction industries, the marine industry, and other industries where light-weight, impact resistant and durable structures have benefit.
Aeroquest`s technology consists of combining various matrix`s of material with polypropylene along with various core materials to produce panels and products that are ultra strong, impervious to chemicals and in some cases, fire, and are typically 40%-60% lighter than products made with current materials/technology.
AeroQuest was the winner of the 2007 Utah Innovations Awards in the chemicals/materials category of the award.
Composite products are not considered new technology, but several recent events pertaining to the industry have us putting GRPS high on our radar for a possible trading opportunity.
Hexcel Corporation (NYSE:HXL) recently closed at a 3-year high of $21.98. The Company develops, manufactures, and markets lightweight composites, including carbon fibers, reinforcements, prepregs, honeycomb, matrix systems, adhesives and composite structures, for use in Commercial Aerospace, Space and Defense and Industrial Applications. Sounds familiar, right In addition to industry leaders reaching new heights, a popular investment advisor recently put out a report on the Global Composites Industry. Products made from AeroQuests fiber reinforced thermoplastic sandwich panels are lighter in weight, stronger and more durable, highly impact resistant and are less costly to produce than similar products made from conventional materials and manufacturing processes.
* Commercial Vehicles – AeroQuest has developed technology that will allow commercial vehicle manufacturers to offer their vehicles with all-composite body panels. * The World Home design will allow pre-fabricated all-composite homes to be produced that will exhibit tremendous improvements over existing pre-fabricated structures.
By greatly lowering production and on-site assembly costs, the pre-fabricated World Home will reduce the over-all cost of homes by 30-percent or more and will allow these homes to withstand hurricane force wind, flood surge, fire and minimize damage associated with these events. In addition, the World Home will resist insect infestation, dry rot, rust and mildew; a virtually maintenance free home.
* Highway Sound Abatement Walls – AeroQuests low cost manufacturing process when combined with the reduction in labor hours for installation will result in cost savings to States and Federal Government of 50% or more. The walls being produced are using fiber reinforced polypropylene, the walls have the ability to reduce noise by sound absorption rather than simply re-directing the sound. Also, by using polypropylene to produce the sound abatement walls, graffiti can be easily cleaned from the walls without the need for re-painting.

March 30, 2011 – Gold River Productions Inc. Forecasts $30 Million in Revenue per Month With Its Patent Pending P.V. Solar Roof * John Ohlin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Gold River Productions commented today that “we are preparing to file our (U.S. Patent Pending) Photo voltaic (P.V.) Solar Roof patent, on a world-wide basis. `Green` technology is embraced much more in Europe than here in the U.S and will be a great market for our technology.”Our patent pending technology will allow roof sections with integrated P.V. to be installed that are capable of a 60` free span. These roof sections will come with a minimum of R-42 insulation value and require no further roofing or insulating materials be added. Our roofing system is a one step process that eliminates the multiple steps of framing, sheeting, roofing, insulating and installing P.V. panels. Currently, the P.V. cells to be used are capable of producing 13 watts of power per hour per square foot and are integrated into the exterior skin of the monolithic, structural, insulated roof section.

As you can see, GRPS is part of a potentially explosive industry, and other investors may catch on this this penny-priced company offering better, cheaper alternatives compared to its higher priced competitors. GRPS`s last trade was at a price of .011. GRPS has a 52 week high of 15 cents.
