Lebed Alert – Become a self-made billionaire!
Jonathan Lebed Newsletter
In my opinion, the best way to become a self-made billionaire is to invest where a self-made billionaire is investing! Dr. Phillip Frost is worth $2.3 billion. He is a self-made billionaire who made his fortune investing into pharmaceutical companies. He is currently the Chairman of Teva Pharmaceutical (TEVA), a $40 billion NASDAQ company trading for $45 per share.
Almost nobody knows this yet, but Dr. Frost just invested $1 million into Alliqua (ALQA), a $0.155 stock that I believe could capture a huge share of the $1.4 billion pain patch market! ALQA currently has a market cap of only $32 million with $1.756 million in cash and no debt! This is the first time I have ever seen a multi-billionaire invest into a $0.155 stock, but Dr. Frost is the best pharmaceutical investor in U.S. history and I trust what he is doing! ALQA could explode to the upside in the upcoming weeks and become one of our biggest biotech winners of all time as the word spreads about this once in a lifetime opportunity! ALQA is going to take the pharma industry by storm with a proprietary hydrogel technology platform for the transdermal delivery of drugs! ALQA`s hydrogel transdermal drug delivery technology avoids the hepatic first pass metabolism causing less stress on the liver. It means lower dosages of drugs are needed, with no dependence on different metabolic rates of individuals, and no interaction with the gastrointestinal system.
ALQAs patch technology can be utilized for the delivery of many drugs, including various proteins that have, until now, necessitated injections or intravenous infusions. ALQA has decided to first focus on developing a pain patch with the goal of capturing a market worth an estimated $1.4 billion! ALQA is developing a pain patch on an accelerated time-to-market schedule to treat postherpetic neuralgia (PHN), which is associated with shingles, a rising medical problem in the U.S. and around the world. According to the Centers for Disease Control, approximately 1 million cases of shingles occur in the U.S. annually, and approximately 20% of shingles cases result in PHN.
ALQA recently announced the successful completion of its initial in vitro permeation study for its transdermal pain patch project. These results represent an important milestone in the development of a transdermal pain patch. ALQA previously announced the successful completion of its dissolution study.
In the comparative in vitro permeation study, ALQA`s patch demonstrated mean cumulative drug permeation that was competitive with the market leading product for the treatment of pain associated with PHN or shingles. In the in vitro permeation study, multiple formulations were evaluated, with some achieving mean cumulative drug permeation amounts much higher than the market leading product, indicating the potential for an improvement over the existing product.
ALQA believes that the results provide it with options to pursue a 505(b)(2) type of a New Drug Application (NDA), along with a generic route for an Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA). Based on the positive results, ALQA will proceed to the next stage of its developmental program.
The market leading pain patch product is produced by Endo Pharmaceuticals (ENDP), a $4.5 billion NASDAQ company trading for $38 per share! That shows you how HUGE ALQA`s upside potential is once they successfully commercialize their pain patch technology! I really hope you don`t miss out on ALQA! —– My firm Lebed Biz LLC has been compensated by a third-party (Wall Street Grand, LLC) $25,000 cash for a one-month ALQA investor relations contract. We were not compensated for our previous coverage of ALQA back when the company traded under the symbol HPLF. Never invest into a stock we discuss unless you can afford to lose your entire investment.
