He is very easy to get in touch with, a very nice man with a truly good vibration.
Note : Norm has a distinguished 40 year history in the Canadian Military.
This is the kind of quality I like to see in a CEO, dedication.
NRPI Stone makes custom granite memorial urns for cremation with laser engraved pictures etc .. of the deceased and this is something that Mr Davy truly seems passionate about.
As per our phone conversation today @ 1:30 EST the above stated share structure is current.
Also NRPI is has filed all the necessary documents with the SEC in an effort to effect a Tier upgrade to the OCT BB market from the current Pink Slip C.E. status.
NRPI is currently waiting on the SEC lawyers and accountant audits to be complete to effect the tier change.
He says ” We are getting our ducks all in a row and expect to hear from the SEC anytime now” He also added that the “SEC is moving slowly and that it could take as long as 6 months” This is my 1st direct contact with Mr Davy. I feel that we have initiated a good relationship I plan will stay contact with Norm relating to NRPI Stone company developments and will continue to update board members and shareholders as developments evolve.
