Prior to the February breakout – we have a rising wedge into resistance at $0.85. This pattern often yields to strong upward momentum. Once that $0.85 level was broken, we see a 1,2,3 continuation pattern emerge, with wide-range candles each day.
Since then LMCO has consolidated nicely and appears to be forming a bull-pennant. Friday`s candlestick shows us that buyers were in charge, and the pullback was quickly bought up.
