Completely moving away from fossil fuels may take some time, but it`s critical that we do.
Everything from scooters, bicycles, mopeds, motorcycles, cars and homes are being converted successfully to zero-emission, lithium-powered vehicles and facilities.
The automotive industry is predicted to require $1.6 billion worth of lithium by 2015. Lithium prices have even tripled in the past decade!
This should show the demand that there is for electric powered cars.
There are many benefits to driving an electric vehicle.
The tailpipes of cars release very harmful gases. Automobiles create nearly 1.5 billion tons of CO2 annually!
Electric cars are very reliable and maintenance free and have fewer than 110th as many parts as a gas powered car.
Electric vehicles also have no engine, transmission, spark plugs, values, fuel tank, tailpipe, distributor, starter. Clutch, muffler or catalytic converter. Without these components they need no oil change, no filter change, and no tuning!
It has been said that most people worldwide waste more electricity in their homes than they would use to drive their cars!
LMCO believes that the electric vehicle can be the quantum shift in transportation because of its positive impact on society and the economy by improving the environment, reducing foreign oil dependency and decreasing the cost of transportation.
Utilizing large format Lithium-ion cells with LMCO`s proprietary Battery Management System (BMS) and proprietary LiV electric powertrain systems has made LMCO a worldwide leader in high speed electric vehicles.
According to the U.S. Department of Transportation, plug-in cars capable of 50 miles per day would meet the needs of 80% of the American driving public!
