When the 10-K was released earlier this month, the stock climbed over 1,000% on heavy volume. Since that initial pop, the company continue to remain low key and has not yet sent out the official press release on the reverse takeover:
On October 18, 2010, the Company entered into a letter of intent (“LOI”) to acquire two privately held development stage companies, Pocket Drops, Inc. and Skin Science, Inc.
The Company is seeking debt and equity financing to complete the purchase and begin marketing. Pocket Drops has developed several concentrated sublingual drops to include electrolytes for sports, caffeine drops for energy and vitamin drops for children. Skin Science is a patent-pending system including manufactured thin film incorporating natural and synthetic active ingredients that when applied in conjunction with heat and moisture increase the overall health and beauty of your skin. Skin Science has also formulated a product for acne treatment.
As to why the DEGH has not followed up with a press release still needs to be determined, we may get some additional surprises when the official pr is out.
However, grabbing DEGH at these undervalued levels can maximize your gains – we may just see another 1,000% gainer day once again.
DEGH closed today at .004 up 80% on heavy volumes – definite accumulation starting once again.

SGDH briefly touched our short term resistance level of $0.03 before settling back to $0.025 on heavy accumulation. We expect the $0.03 level will be tested again and once it breaks through we could see an immediate double or triple jump.
SGDH closed today at $0.025 on strong volumes with higher lows and higher highs – a strong bullish technical indicator.
Looking at the technical chart above definitely shows significant accumulation in the recent trading sessions with a solid support above $0.02.
On the initial break below the $0.02 back in the end of November, SGDH went through a month long consolidation phase. What is significantly bullish is the recent break though above the $0.02 and closing higher each day thereafter.
This shows significant support and as prices are drawn towards the 200 DMA of $0.05. That still 100% gain from here at least! Only 24 million float! With only 24 million float, this stock is coiled and positioned for the next run – any solid news can trigger another massive rally that can blow past any resistance levels.
