Greetings! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Augme Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: AUGT) Comment The following editorial has been posted today at my “Prosperity Growth Patriots” column that can be assessed from the box in the lower center of our home page at WallStreetCorner.com.

Two of my picks have been flying lately – Augme, & VirnetX Holding Corp. (AMEX:

VHC). Everybody remembers when I first mentioned VirnetX when the stock was priced at $3 back in January. Last evening (9/9/2010) it hit $10.25, up about 231% so far.

Congratulations to all you longs who have stayed the course & are reaping the benefits.

I think it still has a long way to go since once the technology has been validated with its first win the sky is really the limit on where it can go. They are now going after Cisco, NEC, Apple, & others. I suspect that now that they have a war chest of dollars they can go after a host of name brand infringers. In other words this is only the beginning for them.

Update on AUGT My other pick Augme (AUGT), which was first recommended here back in May around $1 is now up to $1.97 at the close last evening. Augme released some very exciting news on its Mobile business along with an update on the litigation it is involved in. First on the exploding mobile side they announced once again revenues will double for the quarter just completed, but of even more significance in just the last 30 days it has brought in over $2 million worth of future business. That`s impressive for a company that did $300,000 in revenues in the first quarter. It should give shareholders a warm fuzzy feeling that business is really starting to ramp up.

Keep in mind companies like AdMob & Quarrto were taken out for roughly 20-40X revenues after they had ramped to around $20 million/year in revenues (just enough to show scalability but before they could really blossom on their own). As I have said several times, watch this mobile sector for faster growth than internet advertising. Augme also released updates on its litigation with AOL & Yahoo. There are actually two ongoing cases against AOL. One is with AOL/Tacoda — that one is awaiting a final Markman ruling & also ruling on the request for sanctions against AOL/Tacoda. The other case involving AOL is with former parent company Time Warner. This case had been put on hold but it looks like it has now being referred to another judge for settlement discussions. Since both sides requested this, I have to think that Time Warner wants nothing to do with the AOL/Tacoda case. There was also a mention that the Yahoo case is still moving forward even while settlement discussions are ongoing.

Keep in mind the first license will be a huge validation of the Intellectual Property.

After that they can go to town just like VirnetX.

Stay tuned as I think this is another VirnetX in the making with a side kicker of the hottest space in Mobile driving revenues.
