Today, WBSI announced the company will be contributing a percentage of sales from the company`s suite of mobile and Internet safety applications to Benton Elementary School, located in Bossier Parish, Louisiana, as part of the school`s Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) 2010-2011 school year initiative.

Parents of the Benton Elementary School children will be encouraged to purchase subscriptions of the CellSafety and WebSafetyPC applications which help to prevent incidences of distracted driving as well as unlawful Internet behavior such as cyber predators, explicit or degrading texting and cyber-bullying.

“With 21% of 8-to-10 year-olds and almost 70% of 11-to-14 year olds owning their own mobile device combined with hours of time spent online, parents need a viable solution to help monitor their children`s usage of these technologies,” said Karen Johnson, treasurer of Benton Elementary School`s PTO.

Dear Mr. Viehbacher:

The Genzyme board is now in receipt of your second unsolicited letter proposing to acquire the company for $69 per share in cash. This letter, received yesterday, is identical to last months offer.
