Announces Major Joint Venture and Plans to Become a Reporting Company   OVERLAND PARK, KS–(Marketwire – 06/30/10) – myFreightWorld Technologies (Pinksheets:MYFT – News) announced today that it has formed a joint venture with one of the transportation industry`s most respected companies. The joint venture will be funded by both companies and private outside investors. The purpose of the joint venture is to establish the best structure or structures for the companies to pursue a consolidation strategy announced earlier this year. CEO of MyFreightWorld Technologies J. Michael Head stated he expected revenues from the strategy to be $250 million at the end of stage 1 of the plan.

I continue holding my position expecting .15 to be tested in the near future. This is not a buy and sell on news stock play. It`s a building infrastructure play, company on the move.
