Liberty Acquisition: Grupo Prisa and Liberty Acquisition Holdings announce deal to drive Prisa Digital, Latin America Growth Co announced a combination of the two companies and a rights issue reserved for current Prisa shareholders by Grupo Prisa, resulting in a cash infusion of up to $900 mln in Prisa. Trading volume analysis with chart– NYSE & NASDAQ continue to pace ahead of yesterday`s tally heading into the final hour Both NYSE & NASDAQ total exchange trading volume is running at a better clip than yesterday here. Recall NYSE volume has been well below average for much of the week with 3 of 4 session ending below the 1B mark (See 12:40 SPY). On the other hand, NASDAQ has shown a clear textbook bullish accumulation volume/price pattern relationship as we saw very heavy volume to open the month accompanied with strong daily gains signalling big participation by mutual funds, hedge funds, & other institutions.
