Fusion-IO, Inc. (NYSE:FIO) 19.16 -2.04 (-9.62%). Stock was downgraded, by analysts at William Blair, to “market perform” from “outperform,” citing slower-than-expected bookings for the data-storage company.
Alcatel Lucent SA (ADR) (NYSE:ALU) 1.58 -0.15 (-8.67%). Recently, Alcatel-Lucent has been removed from Goldman Sachs’s conviction list as a Sell though analyst Simon Schafer still rates it as a Sell.
Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ:CY) 10.12 -0.93 (-8.42%). Cypress expects fourth quarter sales to be in the range of $177 million to $179 million, with non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.03 to $0.04. These results are less than the company’s own forecasts due to lower sales and gross margins that were attributable to product mix, reduced manufacturing absorption, and inventory related charges.
