Copano Energy, L.L.C. (NASDAQ:CPNO) 38.03 +4.90 (14.79%).  Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. (KMP) announced a definitive agreement to acquire Copano Energy, L.L.C. (CPNO) for approximately $5 billion, including the assumption of debt.

Endo Health Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ:ENDP) 31.66 +3.08 (10.78%). Reuters reported that Endo Health Solutions Inc has held talks in recent weeks with drug makers potentially interested in buying the maker of pain relief medication.

ISIS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ISIS) 14.69 +1.31 (9.79%). Genzyme, a Sanofi company (SNY), and Isis Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ISIS), announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved its New Drug Application for KYNAMROTM injection.

CommVault Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:CVLT) 76.90 +6.40 (9.08%) reported fiscal third-quarter earnings and revenue ahead of analysts’ expectations. CVLT reported that its year-over-year software revenue growth of 28% was driven in part by an all-time high volume of enterprise deals.

Losers

Research In Motion Limited (USA) (NASDAQ:RIMM) 13.78 -1.88 (-12.01%) is changing its name to BlackBerry, and it unveiled two new BlackBerry 10 handsets. The two new BlackBerry 10 devices are the Z10, which has a 4.2-inch, 356 pixels-per-inch touchscreen, and the Q10, which has a QWERTY keyboard and a portrait display that’s slightly smaller than the Z10.

Alcatel Lucent SA (ADR)(NYSE:ALU) 1.56 -0.14 (-8.24%) announced the closing of its Senior Secured Credit Facilities transaction.

Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S. (ADR) (NYSE:TKC) 15.64 -1.23 (-7.29%) announced that Standard and Poor’s affirmed its local and foreign currency rating as BB+ and changed its long term credit rating outlook from positive to stable. HSBC Securities upgraded the rating on the stock from neutral to overweight.
