Computer Sciences Corp. raised its forecast for fiscal 2013 earnings as cost cutting improves profit margins. CSC fiscal third-quarter revenue rose 2.8 percent to $3.78 billion. It reported net income of $510 million, or 77 cents per share, compared to a net loss of $1.39 billion, or $9.15 per share.

PDCE reported 2012 key operating results including year-end reserves and production. Total proved reserves as of December 31, 2012 increased 14% to nearly 1.16 trillion cubic feet equivalent (“Tcfe”), from 1.02 Tcfe reported as of December 31, 2011.

AECOM Technology Co. (ACM) issued an update on its FY13 earnings guidance on Tuesday morning. The company provided EPS guidance of $2.40-2.50 for the period, compared to the Thomson Reuters consensus EPS estimate of $2.45.

ACI delivered a steep fourth-quarter loss that reflects a continued decline in coal demand and prices. The $295.4 million loss equaled $1.39 a share, compared with net income of $70.9 million, or 33 cents a share, a year earlier

U.S. Department of Justice has announced that it is filing a civil suit against the company’s Standard & Poor’s unit. The Justice Department alleges that S&P knew the housing market was collapsing but was intentionally slow to downgrade hundreds of securities because of concerns that such a move would cut off the pipeline of deals and anger issuer clients.

Baidu posted net income of $448.7 million, or $1.28 per American Depository Share, in the three months ended Dec. 30. Excluding certain items, Baidu said it had earnings of $1.31 per ADS. For the first quarter, Baidu said it expects revenue of between $945.4 million to $975.9 million. Analysts were looking for revenue of $964 million on average in the first quarter.

NIHD announced its preliminary consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2012. For the fourth quarter, the Company expects to report consolidated operating revenues of approximately $1.5 billion, net subscriber additions of approximately 2,200, and total capital expenditures of approximately $525 million.
