UPZS has a beautiful horizontal support at $0.02. This is the true base as evidenced by the chart. A true base is defined as a price point where investors will support as they feel the stock is undervalued. This level served as a pivot point and provided a launching pad for the recent move. Our intel shows a move off the base quickly materialized setting up for a higher base. This led to a parabolic high. This measured move was worthy of a 100% return for investors as the stock hit $0.04 on tremendous volume.
UPZS investors experienced the same euphoria which the broader markets are witnessing. Since the peak on Monday, the stock experienced a violent pullback which brought the stock down to extremely oversold levels. This led to a quick snap back and we closed at $0.028. This is a higher high from the true base of $0.02 and indicates the stock is in the middle of a 1,2,3 continuation pattern. If this is true, we should see the next leg higher begin promptly.
**Let’s take a look at what might be peaking investor interest in this new issue**
UPZS Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation engages in franchising, conversions, and ownership and operation of pizza and sub shops. Its highly cost effective franchise business model enables the prolific roll up and rebranding of existing “mom and pop” pizza restaurants under the Unique Pizza and Subs brand. In August 2012, the Company announced signing a definitive agreement to acquire privately held Pizza Fusion Holdings, the #1 green franchise in North America.
Pizza stocks, specifically franchise pizzerias, have become one of the strongest sectors in 2013, as PZZA (Papa Johns) and DPZ (Domino’s Pizza) are trading at 52 week highs.
**Could UPZS become the next Papa John’s or Domino’s Pizza**
UPZS offers entrepreneurs the chance to own their own franchise in a Unique brand name which is associated with quality. The Unique Pizza and Subs franchise is an opportunity to get into the extremely popular pizza business where there is always a demand.
Their use of the highest quality ingredients, strict adherence to established methods, consistency, reasonable prices and dependable, friendly service make Unique Pizza and Subs the superior choice for excellent pizza. The winning combination produces loyal customers, the best word of mouth advertising and repeat business.
UPZS reference one of the main reasons why Unique Pizza and Subs is so successful, is because from it’s conception it was developed to be a franchise. The #1 consideration when developing Unique Pizza and Subs was to achieve the CONSISTENCY of a large franchise with the QUALITY of a “mom and pop” shop.
**Owning a public franchise pizzeria sounds delectable – tell me more please!**
UPZS is the only international choice for superior quality gourmet organic pizza and has opened its Eighth restaurant in the Middle East via the Samir Group, its Middle East Master Franchisor. Located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the opening of Pizza Fusion Al-Arbeen represents a growing necessity for the restaurant`s unique approach to making organic pizzas. Pizza Fusion has become the only choice for superior quality gourmet organic pizza in the Middle East, and continues to showcase its demand among its discerning International consumers.
Commenting on its expansion in the Middle East, James Vowler, UPZS President & CEO, said, “The Samir Group is the perfect partner for our growth in the Middle East. By opening their eighth successful Fusion location in less than two years, it proves to our loyal shareholders and future franchisees that our international expansion is on track.” UPZS With plans to open 40 locations throughout the MENA region over the next five years, Samir Group is eyeing Dubai and Abu Dhabi to expand Pizza Fusion in the UAE. “The UAE is an opportunistic expansion target for Pizza Fusion due to the burgeoning region`s continued embracement of U.S. restaurant chains,” Vaughan Lazar, CEO and co-founder of Pizza Fusion, said. “With the demonstrated consumer loyalty of Saudi Arabian consumers, we are confident and excited to introduce Pizza Fusion to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, as the leading business hubs of the Middle East.” UPZS reports Entrepreneur Magazine has named Pizza Fusion a franchise industry “game-changer” in a recent edition. The Company announced last year it had signed a Definitive Agreement to acquire privately held Pizza Fusion Holdings, with closing expected in the fourth quarter.
Entrepreneur Magazine, the #1-selling business magazine on newsstands, with 3.4 million readers per month and six million unique visitors to its website monthly, stated, “Franchising is all about the status quo and repeatability — making incremental changes that can be replicated across hundreds of units. But more often than you`d think, something new bubbles up from the franchise world. New concepts, new ways of doing business and new technologies create the little ripples that have transformed franchising many times over the last few decades.” The magazine notes that it`s hard to predict the next big winner, but they think Pizza Fusion stands a chance, writing, “Not only does Pizza Fusion use all organic and natural products, its buildings are built to LEED standards (four are certified), many of its delivery drivers use hybrid cars and each restaurant buys enough renewable energy credits to offset the power used in a year. It`s something you might expect at a local-focused mom-and-pop sandwich shop, but it`s a pretty ambitious agenda for a 21-unit franchise.” The magazine also notes that the company consistently wins “best of” awards in almost every city where it opens.
UPZS follows up on the article which says, Lazar thinks Fusion`s pie can go head-to-head with that of any chain and win over the average pizza consumer. “Instead of that core of eco-minded people, we`re going after everybody. What they`re going to find is delicious organic pepperoni pizza and sandwich wraps, nothing foreign to them,” he says. “I think we`re going to approach this much like Chipotle, which switched to natural chicken a few years ago. It`s not something we`re going to slide under the rug — this is the DNA of the company and how we live our lives. The messaging will still be there, but it will be very food-forward.” Franchise Facts & Statistics It is estimated that up to 6000 franchise companies operate in the U.S.

**Points to Consider**
1) UPZS’s chart is showing a technical bottom which appears to be setting up for the next leg higher in a 1,2,3 continuation pattern. This shows potential to revisit recent highs which sets up for a Major move from current levels.
2) UPZS operates in one of the strongest sectors as industry giants are trading at 52 week highs. Where do you think the profit takers will re-invest once they sell Dominos and Papa Johns Into the miniature version of their conglomerate babies, that’s where. Unique Pizza might very well fit that circular mold.
3) UPZS is trading at a market cap under $2.0M. This is seriously undervalued when compared to its peers. Recent press shows growth, branding, and hints of serious further expansion. When that happens, it won’t just be our bellies expanding, but also shareholder wallets as this stock catches up to corporate growth.
