Twenty bucks says you can`t account for what`s in your closet in much detail — clothes, shoes, hats and maybe a lost sock or two.

But what`s lurking in the dark corners Even worse, do you know how long it`s been hiding there We all have a few long-forgotten collectibles gathering dust in our closets (right next to the skeletons). Some of these odds and ends may not be so scary. In fact, they could be quite valuable.

Rummaging through the stock market`s closet isn`t any different — investors may be quite surprised to find what`s there, and even more surprised to discover what it`s worth.

HORIYOSHI WORLDWIDE ( HHWW.OB ) About Horiyoshi Worldwide Inc.

Horiyoshi Worldwide Inc., designs, manufactures, and markets Horiyoshi the Third (HIII) – a high end clothing and accessories product line based on the artistry of World renowned Japanese Tattoo Artist, Yoshihito Nakano (Horiyoshi III).

HHWW is rapidly expanding its distribution platform with the line currently being sold in approximately 45 luxury retail boutiques located in 25 cities worldwide.

Debuting in Fall 2009 – HIII has been featured in leading fashion publications such as the New York Times, International Herald Tribune, the Los Angeles Times, Anotherman Magazine, Vogue and Style.com.

The debut collection was noted in the New York Times as, “A great new line based on a living legend” (New York Times: Style – March 5, 2009).

ABOUT THE ARTIST Horiyoshi III was born Yoshihito Nakano in 1946.

Nakano was inspired when he saw a Yakuza (Japanese gangster) with a full-body tattoo in a public bathhouse when he was a young boy, “about eleven or twelve.” This inspired him to visit legendary tattoo artist Yoshitsugu Muramatsu, also known as Shodai Horiyoshi of Yokahama. Horiyoshi III –Shodai Horiyoshi`s son–and lead to Nakano becoming Horiyoshi I`s apprentice at age 25.

Nakano got his own tattoo from Horiyoshi III. He is the second tattooist to be granted that honorific title, which passes from master to apprentice. The tattooist affixation Hori means to engrave or “to carve.”Muramatsu bestowed this title upon Nakano in 1971.

Horiyoshi III was a member of the Yakuza at a young age, but quit before becoming an apprentice tattoo artist. His wife, Mayumi Nakano, is the general manager of his public “Tattoo Museum” located close to the Yokohama Station, which he founded in 2000.

HHWW certainly has its eye on the prize by rapidly expanding its distribution platform with the line currently being sold in approximately 45 luxury boutiques and department stores in 25 cities worldwide. Committed to the utmost quality and luxury in the design and production, the collection currently consists of casual wear for men, casual wear for women, and unisex accessories retailing at “Designer” price points.

HHWW aims to expand product categories in Denim and selective license or cross-license agreements to third party producers in “Bridge” and “Complimentary” categories such as: undergarments, leather goods, footwear, active and general lifestyle products. Any such expansion or licensing arrangements will be pre-conditioned on appropriate minimum sales commitments, the Company`s ability to preserve the design and quality of the products manufactured, and the Company`s ability to control the manner in which such products are advertised, marketed, and distributed.

We all wear jeans, active wear and underwear. So why not shop for investments in the clothing department too They can make you a lot of money.

After all, the denim craze began several years ago and although many thought it was just another fad that would end badly for the related companies, in the long-term the fad is turning into an investable trend.

Under Armour (NYSE:UA) started out as a nobody and is now challenging the big names such as Nike (NYSE:NKE) and Reebok for supremacy of the athletic wear sector.

The last apparel company observed in the OTC Market this past spring, Lyric Jeans (ticker LYJN) made traders a 500% return in 6 short days at its high. Some of you may remember it.

The timing could be ripe for these hot new jean makers.

Maybe the names above are not in your closet, but there is a good chance you own some brand-name merchandise.

I know I have a few things hanging around the house and chose some of the brands because I know them well…. and so do others. This goes with the old adage, “invest in what you know”.

Luxury retailers and high-ticket items across the board were easily overlooked during the economic downturn. Yet, as signs of the recovery continue to sprout, luxury retail has begun to get its footing.

Timing is key in stock market. Hovering at $1.50 per share, HHWW could be quite the fit.

Growth stocks are the allure of the stock world. They`re exciting, and they have good stories, and while some investors spend hours scouring all sorts of industries for great stocks, many know they only need to go as far as their closet to find some killer companies unafraid of facing the skeletons.
